Upload Media

Click on the Media icon [1] in the Rich Content Editor and choose to upload/record media, choose an audio or video file that you've already uploaded to the course, or choose to upload media from your user files (which includes media you've uploaded to other courses).

Alternatively, you can click on the Insert tab [1] and select Media [2].

Select the media you wish to upload, choose Open, and then Submit.

Record Media

Click on the Media icon [1] in the Rich Content Editor and choose to Upload/Record Media [3].

Select the Record tab.

Choose the microphone [1] and webcam [3] you would like to use. If you want to just record audio, select No Video [4].

Select Start Recording.

When you are finished recording, select Finish [3].

Upload a Video From YouTube

To embed a YouTube video, copy and paste the video URL into the Rich Content Editor, then click Enter/Return.

Alternatively, you can select the Link icon [1] and choose External Links [2], then paste the YouTube link in the box provided.

Embed a Video

To embed a video from an external source, click on the three dots [2] and choose the Embed icon [1].

Alternatively, you can click on the Insert icon [1] and select Embed [2].

Paste in the video embed code, then select Submit.
